Aussie, So Exciting

Okay guys, everyone who maybe reads this, you all must know that this trip was happened a long long time ago. exactly 2 years ago. yeah, because I want to share about how fun Australia is so I decide to write down the story. enjoy :)

I began my journey to Aussie by flying with Singapore Airlines. I didn't know what on earth were the travel agent thinking about. why we didn't use Garuda Indonesia? FYI if we use another nation airlines to go abroad to another country, usually we must to visit that country first. so if I used Singapore airlines then I visited Singapore first from Jakarta with final destination was Sydney. Oh god, it made the distance going so far. but fortunately, trust me the condition of Changi airport will make us forget how far the distance are wherever you go. it was so sophisticated. ahahahah..

finally, I arrived to Sydney International Airport. there's no special with this airport, really. then I and my friends were picked by bus to downtown. checked in hotel for a while then visiting Sydney was began! Sydney was so amazing when I visited it. here some photos..

actually my true destination in Aussie was gold coast. btw have you ever realized that Gold Coast if we translate to Indonesian means "Tanjung Emas"? ahahahah it sounds like our lovely harbour in Semarang :) Okay, Gold Coast is often called as Aussie main tourism destination. A lot of landmark is built here. they are Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movieworld, Wet 'n Wild, and many more. Dreamland is a park with some thrilling games and ride some like roller coasters. Seaworld as we know, it is a park with many kind of water ride and show. Movieworld is same like Dreamworld but it has movie theme from Warner Bros. Last, wet 'n wild is a place where we can try thrilling slide and get wet. I had visited them all except Movieworld. poor me.. oh, Gold Coast is not just landmark city but it is famous with it's beach. there's also the highest residential building called Q1. here some photos:

In Gold Coast, I were living for approximately 2 weeks by home stay in native house. In fact, my purpose to join home stay program was to learn more about English and Australian culture. By speaking to native, I hope I could practice and increase my ability in speaking. FYI, I got a lesson in Griffith University.

guys, It was my funny and one of great holidays in overseas. Sometimes It's useful to let others know what Indonesia is and who Indonesian is. so if you had chance to go abroad, use it maximally to promote Indonesia while you enjoy your trip too.
